Not much going on since I last went camping. I've been working. Now it's labor day weekend and I am working, then next weekend I'm working, but I hope you get camping the weekend after that. But I have pictures of the morningshere.

mothers day 2024

I hope y'all mothers out there had a great mother's day!! I sure did. I went out with a very good friend and her family. They all accepted me into their family. We went to Grindstone lake in Ruidoso New Mexico. It was an AWESOME Mother's Day 2024!!!

.      As I was almost back the girls were coming around the corner and asked if I wanted to go to the dam? I said sure I was just there but I can go back.

The kids had a blast catching fish!!

Leasburg Dam State Park

This is the place I started at and still love to come back to. I can't say enough about this place. When the water is running it's awesome. Here are pics from my week there.

Alamogordo NM

Just a lazy day off from work. The clouds just look so pretty I just had to share them with y'all. There was a red tail hawk or a Harris hawk not sure which one. I've seen both here at my place.

OSHA trail in cloudcroft NM

It was a good morning. I walked my normal 6 miles this morning and then walked 3.2 miles on the OSHA trail in cloudcroft NM. Elevation is about 4000 ft more  higher then Alamogordo. Lots of incline and declining on rocks and dirt beautiful scenery. So a couple of deer no I couldn't get my camera out quick enough to get it.

Yes I went under the log like limbo!! LOL
